We are seeking a reliable agency to provide a React Native developer to help complete our school management software application.

Project Details:
- Current Status: 40% complete
- Technology: React Native

Scope of Work:
- API Integration: Bind APIs to pre-designed UI screens
- Bug Fixing: Ensure bug-free functionality
- Unit Testing: Developer must perform unit testing before submission
- App Deployment Support: Assist our tester in app upload process
- Note: UI/UX designs will be provided by us

Requirements:
- Availability: 3-4 hours daily (mandatory)
- Location: India-based agency only
- Developer Experience: Minimum 1 year in React Native development
- Essential Skills:
- React Native API integration
- Unit testing implementation
- Bug fixing and testing
- Knowledge of Play Store and App Store deployment process

Daily Deliverables:
- Code commit to GitHub (mandatory daily)
- App build updates shared on Microsoft Teams
- Unit testing completed for all developed features

Weekly Process:
- Friday Noon: 1-hour testing session with entire team (mandatory attendance)

Payment Terms:
- Fixed Price Model: Payment based on our module-wise estimates
- Process: We will provide module name and fixed amount for each module
- Payment Release: After successful testing by our team and source code update in our GitHub repository
- No hourly billing - Only fixed module-based payments

Our Responsibilities:
- Provide complete UI/UX designs in React Native
- Share API documentation
- Define modules and payment amounts
- Testing and approval
- App upload to stores (with agency support)

Agency Responsibilities:
- API integration with provided UI
- Unit testing implementation
- Bug-free implementation
- Daily code commits and Teams updates
- Support our tester during app upload process
- Source code updates to our GitHub

Important: Selected agency must agree to our checklist of terms (will be shared with shortlisted agencies) before contract signing.

CHECKLIST FOR AGENCY AGREEMENT

Before signing the contract, the agency must agree to all following points:

Work Scope:
-Agency will only handle API integration, unit testing, and bug fixing (UI will be provided)
-Agency will assist our tester in app deployment (upload by our team)
-Work limited to 3-4 hours daily as agreed
-Developer must be available during agreed time slots

Daily Requirements:
-Mandatory daily code commit to GitHub
-Daily app build updates on Microsoft Teams
-Unit testing for all developed features
-Code must be committed even for partial work

Weekly Requirements:
-Mandatory attendance for Friday noon testing session (1 hour)
-Be available for team testing feedback
-Implement feedback before next week

Payment Terms:
-Accept module-based fixed pricing (no hourly rates)
-Payment only after our team's testing approval
-Payment released after source code is updated in our GitHub
-No advance payment or retainer fees
-No payment for rework due to bugs or integration issues

Technical Requirements:
-Developer must have minimum 1 year React Native experience
-Must implement comprehensive unit testing
-Must have knowledge of Play Store deployment process
-Must have knowledge of App Store deployment process
-Must follow our coding standards and practices

Testing Requirements:
-Developer performs unit testing before code commit
-Participate in Friday team testing sessions
-Fix all bugs identified during testing
-Maintain test cases documentation
-Ensure 100% API integration testing

Process Agreement:
-Work only on modules assigned with pre-agreed amounts
-Complete integration within agreed timelines
-Immediate bug fixes without additional charges
-Maintain code quality and documentation
-No subcontracting without prior approval

Deliverables:
-Bug-free API integration for each module
-Unit test cases for all features
-Clean, commented code pushed daily to GitHub
-Daily app builds shared on Teams
-Documentation for app upload process
-Support during app store submission

App Deployment:
-Agency will guide our tester through upload process
-Provide step-by-step documentation for store upload
-Be available during upload for immediate support
-No future involvement required after successful upload
-Ensure our team can handle future updates independently

Communication:
-Daily status updates on Teams
-Daily code commits (no exceptions)
-Immediate response during working hours
-Friday noon testing attendance (mandatory)
-Report blockers immediately

Legal & Compliance:
-Sign NDA before project start
-No code ownership claims
-Confidentiality of school app features
-No reuse of our code for other projects
-Compliance with store guidelines

Performance Standards:
-Maximum 2 revisions per module included
-Response time within 2 hours during work hours
-Bug fixes within 24 hours of reporting
-Meet all module deadlines
-Maintain 95% bug-free code delivery
-100% unit test coverage for new features
