Run an old REACT NATIVE project on Windows

I have a React Native (version 0.63.2), NOT USING EXPO, and I need to run it on Windows. I need somebody to make a remote access using TeamViewer or similar to help me, this project cannot be shared.

I followed the steps from https://reactnative.dev/docs/environment-setup without success, maybe the java version is not compatible or something like this.
