Revamp and React Native App Development

I am looking for a talented React/React Native developer with strong UI/UX design skills for the following scope of work:
1. UI/UX Redesign (Web)

Full redesign of the existing Next.js web application
Modern, clean, professional B2B SaaS aesthetic
New logo design for the Xpenzo brand
Respect of existing component structure (Tailwind CSS)

2. Mobile App (iOS & Android)

React Native application (Expo preferred)
Core features: expense submission with OCR photo capture, approval notifications, dashboard summary, mileage tracking
Connect to existing REST API (documented, already in production)
Publish to App Store and Google Play

Technical stack

Frontend: Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Express.js, PostgreSQL (Railway)
Mobile: React Native / Expo
Auth: JWT

Requirements

Portfolio of SaaS or B2B product UI/UX design required
Experience with React Native and App Store / Google Play deployment
Ability to work autonomously from API documentation
French or English speaker

Deliverables

Figma mockups for web redesign and mobile app before development
New logo (SVG + PNG formats)
Deployed mobile app on both stores
Redesigned web app deployed on Vercel
