Revamp Legacy App & Web Sync

I have a small iOS / Android app that was built years ago and never truly launched. The code still compiles, yet everything—from the visuals to the underlying logic—feels frozen in time. I now run an up-to-date website and I’m ready to bring the mobile experience in line with it.

Here is what I need:

• Refresh the full app
• Introduce modern AI-driven capabilities where they make sense (for example, personalised recommendations and smart search).
• Update all workflows and data handling to satisfy today’s regulatory requirements in our sector.
• Ensure design, navigation and interactive elements look and behave like the site, using current iOS and Material guidelines.
• Optimise performance and codebase for the latest OS versions, submitting a clean, build-ready project.
* Submit ot App store, and Google Play store. Make sure it is live, valid and downloadable.

Acceptance criteria
• App passes App Store & Play policy checks and any stated regulatory audits.
• AI features operate on-device or securely via our existing API, with transparent fallback.
• Visual consistency verified against live website across a minimum of three device sizes.
• Source code, build instructions and a short change log delivered at hand-off.

The original project is in React Native, so familiarity there (plus Node, REST/GraphQL and Firebase) will help you move quickly, though I’m open to other modern stacks if migration proves faster.
