Restore React Native Data Sync

My logistics portal (Supabase + Vercel) used to feed a React Native app that drivers open through Expo Go, the two have stopped talking. Drivers see delayed, missing, and sometimes incorrect data; manifests, routes, and status updates never reach the device.

I need you to jump into the private GitHub repo, trace exactly where the request/response chain breaks, and re-establish a dependable real-time flow between the portal and the mobile client. Once the fix is in place, please upgrade the project to the latest Expo SDK, verify that everything still works inside Expo Go, and then generate fresh production builds:

• Android APK/AAB
• iOS archive ready for TestFlight and App Store submission

A brief smoke test should accompany those builds so I can confirm portal updates appear instantly in the app before we push them live. Wrap up with clear, step-by-step deployment notes so future release cycles stay painless.
