It is a Mobile app. which makes the link between Owners and employee to cover shifts . 1- Pharmacies: link Pharmacy owner and pharmacy staff needed to cover shifts as relief pharmacists or technicians as replacement employees for short term shifts. Pharmacy owner add the shift needed to be covered and the staff apply to the shift .Pharmacy owner will choose from one or several persons or staff applied to the shift depending on the profile of the staff and rating, reviews from other owners worked with this staff .Also for 2- Dental clinics needs dentists or dental hygenists and 3- Clinics needs nurses .
