Rebuild CSP Portal with React Native & Node.js/Python

I need my existing Customer Service Point (CSP) portal, currently built in PHP, to be rebuilt using React Native for Android and Node.js or Python for the backend. The current portal includes:

- User authentication and management
- Transaction processing
- Customer support chat

Requirements:
- New design is required; not just a copy of the current design.
- The new portal must aim for improved performance, better user experience, and easier maintenance.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in React Native, Node.js, or Python
- Strong design skills for creating user-friendly interfaces
- Experience in developing and optimizing performance of authentication and transaction systems
