Real Estate Open House Mobile App

We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer (iOS/Android or cross-platform) to create a professional app designed specifically for real estate agents hosting open houses.

The Goal:
Realtors need a modern, mobile-friendly tool to collect visitor information at open houses and automatically sync leads into their CRM for instant follow-up.

Core Features Needed:
• Check-in form for visitors (Name, Email, Phone, Buying Timeframe, Pre-Approval, Has an Agent, Notes, etc.)
• Digital signature capture for consent/verification
• Open house setup (property details, MLS #, agent info, schedule)
• Visitor management (view, edit, search, filter, delete)
• Basic analytics & reports (total visitors, interest level, pre-approved count, etc.)
• Export options (CSV, Excel, PDF)
• CRM integration (API-based push to popular CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, KVCore, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
• Email/text follow-up automation triggers

Nice to Have:
• Offline mode (data syncs when back online)
• Ability to share the check-in form link with guests before the open house
• Branded themes for different brokerages

Who We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin, or similar)
• Familiarity with API integrations and CRM platforms
• Strong UI/UX design skills for a clean, realtor-friendly interface
• Ability to deliver a secure, reliable, and scalable product
