Real Estate Mobile App Development -- 2

I’m ready to move my real-estate business onto mobile and need a complete application released on both iOS and Android. The public-facing side is where buyers and tenants will browse, search, and favourite properties, book viewings, and receive push notifications about new listings or status updates. Clean navigation, fast map-based search, and secure sign-up via email, Google, or Apple ID are must-haves.

Behind the scenes, I also need the tools that keep my agents productive:
• Property listing management – add, edit, remove, and highlight properties with photos, video, and floor-plans.
• Client interaction – in-app chat or messaging for quick responses, plus automated follow-ups.
• Analytics & reporting – dashboards that show lead sources, viewing requests, and conversion metrics.

Feel free to suggest the best stack (React Native, Flutter, or native) as long as the final build runs smoothly on both platforms, integrates with a REST/GraphQL back end, and is ready for App Store and Play Store submission.

Deliverables
1. UI/UX prototypes for approval
2. Complete source code with documentation
3. Tested iOS & Android builds ready for store submission
4. Admin/agent web panel or in-app module providing the features above
5. Post-launch support for bug fixes during an agreed window
