Real Estate Listing Management App

I need a complete mobile application that showcases our property listings, manages client interactions, and offers immersive virtual tours—all in one place. The goal is to give buyers and renters the ability to browse, filter, and bookmark homes while allowing my sales team to track inquiries, schedule showings, and follow up, directly from their phones.

Key points you should know:
• Platform coverage: I want a single code-base deployment for both iOS and Android.
• Core features: searchable listings with photo galleries, in-app chat or lead capture for client management, and 360° or video-based virtual tours embedded per property.
• Admin control: a web or in-app dashboard where we can add/edit properties, upload media, and view client analytics.
• Smooth UX: fast loading grids, map view, push notifications, and secure login using email, Google, or Apple ID.
• Tech preference: I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or another reliable cross-platform framework if you have a strong case for it.
