React native mobile app(feature add-on)

I have a mobile application on react native(react native cli). I want someone who can add 2 feature in the existing application .
features : (for more details see attached file)
1. push notification (using firebase)
2. referral dynamic linking (using https://firebase.google.com/docs/dynamic-links/use-cases/rewarded-referral)
Note: this task will be done remotely, we will not be sharing code repo with anyone, interested person need to integrate both of these features directly to our machine via any screen share app.
