React native: Create double slider for iOS / Android / Web - - New coding (not modifying a library)

This is very simple and straightforward. We would like a double slider created that looks and acts exactly like the one in the attached video. It needs to be coded in react native and it needs to work and look the same on three platforms: iOS, Google android and web.
