React & React Native Developer – MVP Demo for Healthcare Communication App (SNF/Family Platform)

I’m building FamilyBridge a HIPAA-aware communication platform connecting families with loved ones in skilled nursing facilities. I need a developer to build a functional demo app for investor and pilot presentations.
The demo must include:
• Wellness log / activity feed (caregiver-submitted updates viewable by family)
• Live camera access (simulated or real-time feed)
• AI alerts / notifications (triggered by wellness log activity)
• Two dashboards — one for families, one for the facility
Platform: Mobile (React Native) + Web
What I’m looking for:
• Clean, professional UI — this will be shown to investors and facility partners
• Functional, not just a prototype — interactions should work
• HIPAA-aware architecture (data handling, access controls)
• Clear handoff with documented code
Nice to have: Experience with healthcare apps or Firebase
