React Native + D3 project -- 2

I need a similar to the bubble chart from https://cryptobubbles.net/ for my mobile application. You'll be solely responsible just for this react native + D3 module. Please check out https://cryptobubbles.net/ on your mobile device and play around with it. The features, like zoom in/zoom out, drag the coin are all required for this project.

Nothing else other than the bubbles screen is needed from the example provided.
