React Native Truck Inspection App

I need a React Native build that runs smoothly on both Android and iOS and lets our truck drivers breeze through their routine vehicle check-ins. Each inspection form captures three kinds of input—free-text notes, photo evidence, and quick checkbox selections—so the UI must make switching between those inputs effortless, even with one hand on a phone or tablet.

Completed forms have to sync straight to the cloud (no local-only saves), and access to the app itself must be gated by a simple email-and-password sign-in flow. If you prefer Firebase, AWS Amplify, or another managed backend, let me know your recommendation; I care most about reliability and low-friction maintenance rather than a specific vendor.

Deliverables I expect:
• A React Native source codebase set up for both iOS and Android
• Email/password authentication wired to the chosen cloud service
• Form screens that accept text, image capture/upload, and checkboxes, then submit the payload to cloud storage
• A basic dashboard or log view so drivers can confirm a submission was received
• Build and deployment instructions I can hand to our internal IT team
