React Native Property Rental App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m building a cross-platform property-rental application and need a React Native expert to take it from design to App Store and Google Play release. The same codebase must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, using Expo for rapid builds and Redux for state management.
Core experience for end users
People open the app, set a location, date range, price, and amenity filters, then browse a feed of apartments, houses, or commercial spaces. Each listing shows high-resolution photos, a map preview, rich descriptions, and a one-tap option to start a chat or call the owner. From there they can add listings to a wishlist, receive push notifications on price changes or availability, and complete a secure in-app payment to confirm the booking.
Back-office needs
Yes, I do need an admin panel. From that dashboard I should be able to approve or edit listings, manage photos, change pricing, view booking and payment logs, and send notifications.
Supported roles
• Property managers – create and maintain listings, calendars, pricing
• Renters – search, save, book, pay
Technical expectations
– React Native + Expo project with well-structured components
– Redux (or RTK) for global state; React Navigation for screen flow
– Stripe (or similar) payment integration
– Firebase, Supabase, or another realtime backend that supports chat and push notifications
– Clean, modern UI that stays 60 fps on midrange phones
Deliverables
1. Full source code with clear README for setup and environment variables
2. Production builds (APK & IPA/TestFlight) ready to submit
3. Admin panel code and deployment guide
4. A short hand-off call or video walkthrough of the architecture
Acceptance criteria
The app must load the initial home feed in under three seconds on a typical 4G connection, pass basic Expo EAS build checks, and show no critical issues in the respective store review processes.
