React Native Project Upgrade & Dependency Optimization

We have a mobile application built with an older version of React Native (around 0.6x). The app itself works fine, but we are facing build errors on both iOS and Android due to outdated dependencies and configuration issues.

What we need:

Upgrade the project to a newer stable React Native version (0.71 or 0.72).

Update and optimize dependencies.

Fix build issues for Android (Gradle, SDK) and iOS (Cocoa Pods, X code).

Ensure the app builds and runs smoothly on both platforms.

Perform a final test before delivery.

Note: The application logic/UI is fine — the main task is dependency and build system upgrade. Successful completion may lead to further development and feature enhancements.

Required Skills:
Strong experience with React Native (especially upgrading old versions).
Knowledge of Android Studio & Xcode build environments.
Experience fixing dependency conflicts and using upgrade tools
