React Native OneSignal Push Notifications Integration

I'm seeking an experienced React Native developer to add push notifications to my Expo app using OneSignal. The notifications should wake up the app and display a full-screen accept/reject job page.

Requirements:
- Notifications triggered by server events
- Seamless integration of accept/reject messages into the WebView frontend
