React Native Offline Maps & Bluetooth App

I'm looking for a skilled React Native developer to create a minimal viable product (MVP) app with offline maps and a Bluetooth mesh network functionality.

Requirements:
- Offline maps using Mapbox or OpenStreetMap
- Display user locations and custom routes
- Bluetooth mesh network capabilities
- Broadcast messages and share locations
- 2-3 screens with basic UI
- Real-time updates on app screens

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in React Native
- Experience with offline maps integration
- Knowledge of Bluetooth mesh technology
- Ability to implement real-time data updates
- Strong UI/UX design skills for a basic yet functional interface

Timeline: 2 weeks
