React Native Mobile App Development

I'm looking for a skilled React Native developer to create a mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app will have a simple CMS functionality and a chat feature with OpenAI's ChatGPT.

Key Requirements:
- Home Page
- Navigation menu to other pages
- Authentication
- Login and Register
- User Roles
- Admin
- Can add, edit, and delete pages for Role 1 and Role 2 users (simple CMS)
- Role 1
- View pages created by Admin
- Role 2
- Add memos (title, short description) to a database
- Create reminders
- Chat Page
- Integrate OpenAI ChatGPT (API key provided by me)
- Source code delivery is required. Publishing to Play Store or App Store is not needed.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in React Native
- Experience with mobile app development for both iOS and Android
- Familiarity with integrating APIs, particularly OpenAI
- Basic UI/UX design skills, as creativity will be appreciated
