React Native Mail App Development

I’m kicking off the mobile side of our established mail platform and need an experienced React Native developer who can take ownership of the codebase for both iOS and Android. The first milestone is a smooth, fast inbox management experience—think real-time syncing, thread view, swipe actions, and push-triggered badge updates—built on React Native with full native performance.

Beyond that core, I also want to fold in the following secondary features:

• Spam filtering
• Email search functionality
• Contact management

You’ll be collaborating directly with our backend and product teams, guiding architecture choices, setting up CI/CD, and generally ensuring that our mobile releases keep pace with the web platform. I’m looking for someone available full-time for at least the next 12 months, with a daily overlap of five or more working hours with the US-EST time zone so we can pair program, review pull requests, and iterate quickly.
