React Native Environment Setup

I need a clean, fully-working React Native development environment configured on my Windows machine so I can build and test for both Android and iOS. The goal is to finish with everything installed, verified, and documented so I can open a terminal, type one command, and see a Hello World app running on an Android emulator and an iOS build artifact generated through a reliable workflow.

Please handle every step—from installing the correct Node version, JDK, Android Studio, and SDKs, to configuring environment variables, Gradle, and the React Native CLI. Because iOS compilation cannot run natively on Windows, I also need you to set up (or clearly guide me through) a workable solution such as Expo, EAS Build, or another cloud-based build service that lets me produce an iOS binary without owning a Mac.

Deliverables:
• Remote or recorded walkthrough of the entire installation process
• Verification that `npx react-native run-android` launches the sample app in an emulator
• Verified command or script that creates an iOS build ready for submission
