React Native Engagement App

I want to launch a single code-base mobile app for both iOS and Android that helps us engage directly with our customers. React Native (or a comparable hybrid framework) should keep development streamlined, yet the user experience must feel fully native on each platform.

Core features I need built in:

• Secure user authentication (signup, login, password reset)
• Push notifications configured end-to-end through Firebase/APNs
• An order-status workflow where customers can see items move through Picked Up → Process → Delivered
• A simple reports section so they can review past orders and basic stats

I will provide branding assets and any existing REST/GraphQL endpoints once we start. Your deliverable is the complete, well-structured source code, ready-to-publish builds for the App Store and Google Play, and a brief hand-off document showing how to run and deploy the project. Clean, readable code and clear commit history are important; feel free to suggest libraries that speed things up without locking us into heavy dependencies.
