React Native Emergency Alert Prototype

I’m putting together a very lean public-safety network whose single purpose is to broadcast emergency alerts. The scope is intentionally small—just two or three React Native screens targeted at Android for this first pass—so the work can be wrapped up within a couple of days.

Core flow
• On first launch the app asks for a mobile number & OTP based login, live location permission, and emergency contacts' details.

Deliverables
1. React Native project ready to run on Android (Expo or bare, your call)
2. Clean, well-commented source with instructions to build and test
3. A quick video or screenshots proving push, in-app, and SMS alerts fire as expected

Provide UI, Code, Help to publish App in Google Play Store - India market.

Finish the build, show me it working end-to-end, and we’re done.
