React Native Developer for Map + Short Video Mobile App (iOS & Android) for Bug Fix

We are looking for an experienced React Native developer to help us build a map-first short video application for both iOS and Android. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React Native, maps integration, and video features, along with a keen eye for pixel-perfect UI/UX.

Scope of Work:

Develop a cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) using React Native
Implement map functionalities (Google Maps/Mapbox) with custom pins, overlays, and location-based filtering
Integrate short video features (recording, uploading, compression, playback, feed view)
Ensure smooth interaction between map + video experiences (e.g., pins representing videos or location-based video feed)
Build a lightweight admin panel for moderation and content management
Deliver technical documentation (README, setup instructions, release checklist, runbooks)

Deliverables:

Pixel-perfect front-end implementation (based on provided Figma designs)
Fully tested iOS + Android builds
Map + video features integrated and optimized for performance
Admin panel for moderation
Documentation for deployment and maintenance

Requirements:

Proven experience with React Native (Expo or bare workflow)
Strong knowledge of maps SDKs (Google Maps, Mapbox, Apple Maps)
Hands-on experience with video recording, upload, and playback in mobile apps
Familiarity with backend integration (Firebase, Node.js, or similar)
Strong debugging and optimization skills
Ability to deliver production-ready apps

Nice to Have:
Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, live updates)
Knowledge of scalable video storage/streaming solutions (Cloudflare, AWS, Firebase Storage, CDN)
Familiarity with App Store & Play Store publishing
