Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled React Native Developer to help us fix existing issues and develop new features, including the employee onboarding flow for our mobile application. This is a one-time project, but there’s strong potential for ongoing work if the collaboration goes well.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and fix existing issues in our React Native app.

Develop and integrate new features, such as employee onboarding and form-based workflows.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs.

Optimize app performance and user experience.

Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability.

Requirements

Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript.

Familiarity with REST APIs, Redux / Zustand, or similar state management tools.

Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.

Experience with debugging and performance optimization.

Good communication and ability to deliver within deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience with Expo or native module development.

Familiarity with HRMS or business management apps.

Prior experience in Node.js or React.js is a plus.
