AR React Native Developer to Innovate Haircut App

React Native / Expo AR Developer Needed (Face Tracking + 3D Hair Models) — Ongoing Work

I’m building MIRROX, a real-time AR haircut preview app.
I already have an existing GitHub codebase (React Native + Expo + MongoDB + Node.js).
I need a developer to take over the current build and complete all AR-related features.

What You Will Work On
• Live camera processing (NOT just taking pictures)
• Face-tracking for haircut try-ons
• Integrating 3D haircut models onto a live tracked face (correct scale + rotation)
• Improving & extending an existing GitHub repo
• UI/UX refinements
• Performance optimization on iOS + Android

Required Skills (must have at least one face-tracking library)
• React Native & Expo
• VisionCamera frame processors
• MediaPipe FaceMesh
• TensorFlow.js face models
• ARCore face tracking
• 3D model integration experience (hair/objects attached to face)
• Node.js + MongoDB familiarity (just to understand the repo)

Bonus (not required but strong advantage)
• Experience with hairstyle/beauty AR apps
• Experience with Blender/3D pipeline
• Experience working inside existing messy projects

Before I hire you, I need ONE of the following:

A short video demo of ANY AR, face tracking, or real-time camera processing you’ve built
OR
A GitHub repo showing your AR / face-tracking / VisionCamera / MediaPipe / TensorFlow.js work

No demo = No further discussion.
I only want developers who have actually done AR, not theory.

Budget

I’m looking for someone cost-effective but experienced.
This is ongoing work after the first milestone if you perform well.
