React Native Camera App

I am looking to build a react native camera solution. The app camera should be used to send camera feed to RTMP (Youtube and Facebook). The camera should take a layer on it, the kind of layer I am intending to show will be disclosed over the chat.
I don't have any media server setup and i am not interested to use any kind of paid solution for this. If you're experienced and confident in provisioning this kind of solution, kindly contact me.
