React Native (CLI) PDF Text Extraction App

I need a React Native application that can extract selected text from PDFs in a specific way. Everything described in the attached documents (Task_Request, Development_Contract).


Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficient in React Native CLI (NOT Expo)
- Experience with PDF manipulation libraries
- Understanding of implementing draw pen interactions
- Ability to integrate console or log outputs
- Prior work with text extraction from PDFs is a plus
