React Native Bluetooth printer PR3 - print image

Hello all
I need someone to build react-native app to be connected with Bluetooth printer with type intermec pr3 printer.
app should take image from camera and convert it to base64, after that send it to printer to print it.
Note that app should working with mentioned printer device.
