React Native & Backend Enhancements

I’m inviting an experienced developer to jump into an established mobile app and help me clear a focused backlog of fixes and improvements. This is an active code-base; nothing is being built from scratch, so you’ll be working with existing React Native screens as well as the current server side.

Frontend scope
The app needs several UI touch-ups: a few layout tweaks to improve consistency across devices, squashing lingering visual bugs, and tightening overall performance so screens render and respond more smoothly.

Backend scope
On the server side we have two immediate needs—updating parts of the database schema/data and wiring in additional API endpoints. No major architectural overhaul is planned; the goal is to extend what’s already in place and ensure the new integrations run reliably.

Collaboration flow
• I’ll provide repository access, a clear ticket list, and any design files once we’ve aligned on timing.
• We’ll work in short milestones so code reviews and regression tests stay light.
• Pull requests should be well-commented and follow the existing linting rules.

Deliverables
• Merged React Native commits covering agreed layout, bug, and performance tickets
• Updated backend modules with database changes and new API integrations fully tested
• Brief hand-off note summarising what changed and any environment variables that need updating
