React Native App Upgrade Support

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer who can assist with upgrad my React Native app version to latest react native.
Requirements:
- Expertise in React Native (specifically version 0.61)
Here is what I would like. I would like to make a google meet session of 1h max just to get some of the upgrade process and questions that i have answered. I'm a php developer myself, also programmed javascript, but for the react native upgrade is killing me. i'm having problems because i need to upgrade the android and ios folder somehow i think, but I dont know how and what files to upgrade on this folder. I already change the package.json to latest versions of packages that we will need.
