React Native App Development - Messaging Monitor

I'm looking for a skilled React Native developer to build an app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app will run continuously in the background and has a single Home Screen with a form and a preview section.

Home Screen Elements:
- Phone Number
- Mode of Communication: Checkboxes for WhatsApp, Text Message, or Both
- Last Updated At: Timestamp
- Submit Button

Functionality:
- Monitor incoming text messages and forward them based on selected communication mode (WhatsApp, SMS, or Both).
- Request permissions on first launch for monitoring incoming messages.
- Basic validation for form inputs (e.g., required fields).
- You can use the free apis available for reading messages and forward them. But cross check with me before usage. I will validate if library can be used or not.

Deliverables:
- Complete source code in a GitHub repository
- APK build for Android
- iOS build file (IPA or equivalent)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in React Native development
- Experience with background tasks and message handling
- Familiarity with both Android and iOS permissions and build processes
- Strong understanding of form validation and user input handling
