React Native App Deployment on Stores

I have a React Native application built with Expo.
The app is already working, and I am NOT looking for feature development or coding.

What I need:
- Someone experienced with Expo + EAS Build
- Generate production builds for:
• iOS (TestFlight)
• Android (Google Play – AAB)
- Handle signing, certificates, provisioning profiles
- Configure app.json / eas.json if needed
- Upload the builds to:
• App Store Connect (TestFlight)
• Google Play Console
- Ensure the app is ready for store review (basic checks)

Tech stack:
- React Native (Expo)
- EAS Build
- Supabase backend

Requirements:
- Proven experience publishing Expo apps
- Must have published apps on BOTH App Store and Google Play before
- Clear communication (I’m not a developer)

Deliverables:
- App visible in TestFlight
- App uploaded to Google Play Console (Internal testing or Production)
- Short documentation of what was done

Timeline:
- 1–3 days maximum
