We are seeking a talented and proactive Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React Native and Python to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining mobile and web applications for health-focused initiatives and diverse project domains, including e-commerce, education, and enterprise solutions.
As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying high-quality applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless digital experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobile App Development: Build, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.
Backend Development: Design and implement scalable server-side logic, APIs, and database management using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
Health-Tech Solutions: Work on HIPAA-compliant and health data-sensitive applications, integrating medical APIs, wearable data, and health dashboards.
Project Versatility: Contribute to multiple project types, including health monitoring systems, e-learning platforms, booking systems, and business tools.
Database Management: Manage relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ensure efficient data flow and security.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and version control (Git).
Team Collaboration: Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and continuous integration/delivery processes.
Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across front-end and back-end components.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer.
Strong hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development.
Proficient in Python with experience in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party API integration, and authentication (OAuth, JWT).
Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in health-tech or working on health-related projects.
Familiarity with data visualization tools for health analytics (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js).
Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
