React Native App & Admin Panel Development

I'm seeking a skilled React Native developer to create a production-ready app and an integrated admin panel in React.

The app will provide users with:
- 7-day weather forecasts and alerts via integrated APIs
- Local incident reports through user-uploaded videos/articles
- Mandi updates with daily/summary videos and location-based recommendations
- Customizable notifications based on region/language

The admin console will include:
- User management (basic CRUD operations)
- Content oversight (both videos and articles)
- Advertisement management (text, banner, and video ads)
- Role assignment and targeted ad campaign management
