Our app is a react native + Node.js app.
We have to integrate Offerwall ads only. Not from google, facebook or unity.
In this category of ads we want Website visit (where user visits a website for 20 to 30 seconds to get reward) and Game demo ads. And we also have discuss about these ads also. Need suggestions.

1. 15 days or weekly payment cycle ?
2. Offerwall website visit ads.
3. Webview. (Where user no need to go to browser when click on a website visit ad, rather the ad will open in our own app, this is how we can know if user has spend full time on ad)
4. Mediation (this is not mandatory. But it will be beneficial if we use mediation. But in the start, we can work without it.)
