Prayer Notification Rescheduling Fix

I need a React Native Expo developer to fix prayer notification rescheduling for my Salah app on iOS and Android. Currently, notifications only reschedule when the app is open or in the foreground.

Requirements:
- Automatically reschedule notifications even when the app is closed or in the background
