Photo-Messaging Social App

I’m building a new social platform that lets users share photos and short videos while chatting in real time. The scope covers complete development for both iOS and Android, including design, backend, and production deployment.

Core experience
• Seamless photo/video capture, upload, and feed browsing
• One-to-one and group messaging with push notifications
• Account creation via email, phone, or social sign-in
• Profiles, likes/reactions, basic content moderation, and media storage in the cloud
• End-to-end encryption for private chats

I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or separate native builds; recommend the stack you feel gives the best performance and maintainability. Please submit a detailed project proposal outlining your planned architecture, key milestones, estimated timeline, and any third-party services you would integrate (storage, real-time messaging, analytics, etc.). Show how you’ll handle scalability, security, and App Store / Google Play submission.

• Simple web-based admin panel for user and content management
• Source code repository with build instructions
• Post-launch support window (bug fixes)

Acceptance criteria will be the successful publication of both apps, passing all store reviews, and smooth real-time messaging with media sharing under normal load. I value clear communication and weekly progress updates, so include those checkpoints in your timeline. I’ll review proposals that demonstrate a solid technical approach and previous success with similar social or messaging products.
