Personal Finance Savings Goal App

I’m building a mobile app that helps everyday users improve their personal finances by focusing on one key behaviour—setting and achieving savings goals. The entire learning experience will live inside the app, so clear, intuitive UX is essential: users should be able to create a goal, choose a target amount and date, and watch their progress grow in real time.
Here’s what I need from you:
• End-to-end development of the iOS and Android app (React Native or Flutter are welcome choices, though I’m open to suggestions).
• A lightweight onboarding flow that explains how the savings-goal system works and captures basic profile data.
• Secure local or cloud-based data storage so progress never gets lost.
• Simple, visually engaging dashboards that show current balance, time remaining and percentage complete for each goal.
• Push-notification reminders that nudge users when they’re falling behind or celebrate milestones when they’re on track.
• Clean, well-commented code plus brief documentation so future updates are straightforward.
Acceptance criteria
1. A user can create, edit, and delete multiple savings goals.
2. Progress updates recalculate instantly and persist after app restart.
3. Build passes App Store and Google Play submission checks (no policy red flags).
4. Source code compiles without modification in a fresh environment as documented.
