Online Business Offers & Ads App

I’m building a simple yet polished mobile app where online-only retailers can publish their best discount coupons, event promotions, and new-product announcements. Every offer must lead shoppers straight to the merchant’s own website or store with a single tap, so a clean call-to-action that opens an external link is essential.

On the user side I want three core interactions to feel effortless: tap to visit the offer’s URL, save interesting deals for later inside a personal list, and share anything they like through the phone’s native share sheet.

From the business perspective the app needs a straightforward flow to register, log in, and post an offer (title, image, short description, destination link, start/end dates). Once published, the offer should appear instantly in the public feed, ordered by freshness or any basic rule you suggest.

My priorities for the first release are:
• A clean cross-platform build (React Native, Flutter, or another modern stack you’re comfortable with).
• Lightweight backend/database to store businesses, offers, and user saves.
• Basic analytics so merchants can see clicks at minimum.
• Source code and working builds delivered for both iOS and Android.

Please outline the tech stack you recommend and an estimated timeline for an MVP that meets the above interactions.
