One Signal Notifications Integration on Huawei in React Native App

I am looking for an experienced React Native developer who can successfully integrate One Signal notifications on the Huawei platform. Until now, my application has been targeting both Android and iOS users using One Signal for push notifications. The task at hand involves sending Direct Notifications to our users via the Huawei platform.
I tried to do it, but one signal says "Not Subscribed" for device tokens.
