Need to build transcription & summarization app using OpenAI & GPT-3

We're building an app that allows users to record lectures and automatically transcribe and summarize the main points of the lecture into point form when they click each point a dialogue box will appear with a detailed explanation of each point.
We're looking for strong technical developers to integrate OpenAI's Whisper API for speech-to-text & GPT-3 API for summarization & explanation.
You should have a strong background in app development & OpenAI.
The app will have a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily record and save their lectures, and access the transcribed and summarized versions. When the user login, It will also have features such as the ability to edit the summary and delete.
Overall, the app is intended to help users save time and effort when it comes to transcribing and summarizing lectures, and to provide a convenient and effective tool for studying and reviewing lecture material.
