Need Basic Education App Built

I’m ready to move forward with a straightforward education-focused mobile app and need an experienced developer who can take the idea from scratch to a functional, store-ready build.

At this stage I want the core framework in place—clean navigation, an intuitive learning flow, and flexible architecture so future modules (online classes, progress tracking, quizzes, etc.) can slot in without a rewrite. You’ll guide me through best-practice decisions on tech stack, user authentication, content management and a lightweight admin panel.

Deliverables
• Fully coded Android and iOS app (React Native, Flutter or native—open to your recommendation)
• Simple, modern UI/UX mock-ups for approval before development starts
• Source code in a private repo with clear setup instructions
• One short hand-over session so I can run the build locally and submit to the stores
