Multi-Platform Logistics App Development

I need a single code-base solution that runs smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web for Romanian companies that carry parcels and passengers abroad.

The core user groups are:

• Customers – they must be able to:
– Place an order for a parcel or passenger pick-up
– Track that parcel or passenger in real time
– Receive push and in-app notifications at every status change

• Drivers – a simple interface to view their assigned jobs and mark each leg as completed, instantly updating the system.

• Manager – a live dashboard to allocate incoming orders to drivers, monitor all vehicles on the map, and review completed jobs with full audit history.

I am looking for a clean, scalable architecture (React Native / Flutter or similar for the apps, plus a responsive web portal) backed by a secure API and real-time database (Firebase, Supabase, or your proven stack). Geo-location, push notifications, role-based access, and bilingual Romanian/English labels are mandatory.
