Development conditions
• Only full app release will grant the money.
• Technological features such as NFC commands, login screen API definitions and URLs will be provided after signed NDA.
• Technology stack based on React Native & AWS
Definition of done
• Proper app definition in application stores, and information visible to customers (there should be no TODO or similar statements visible to the customer)
• At least 30% of unit test coverage (getters/setters and similar functionality should not be counted, and only functional tests will be taken into consideration)
• Full code documentation on API’s, functionality and harder functions
• App is released to google play store and apple store as final 1.0.0 versions with correct definitions.
• Both apps are tested and approved by Mainlink engineers
Use case
1. User turns on app and sees 1st Frame flash until app loads.
2. 2nd frame would be visible if NFC is not turned on, or app is not granted privileges for it
3. Third frame would indicate if the user is logged in, and would display some helpful documentation to the user.
4. After NFC is turned on user scans water meter, and water meter icon(yellow) is displayed with start button (if it was heat meter, then grey meter will be displayed)
5. After user presses start button on 5th frame, meter activation process starts, which begins with grey icon turning into dark grey, and onto green if all step was successful. If step is not successful then icon turns to red. List icons, and bottoms icons represent same functionality.
6. If all steps were successful (except 4th one), and user was not logged in (no login was attempted) then user would be presented with login/ignore options(8th frame). If ignore is clicked, then we display 9th frame. If user clicks login, then user is redirected to 10th frame. This functionality would happen all the time until user logs in to MainHive.
7. On successful login, app continues to 5th step to connect to MainHive platform and get info from its API. If password or email were not correct, then user would be presented with error message on 11th frame.
