Mobile app in React Native

We need a senior developer who will do the setup of a mobile app using React Native, and will lead its development.

Some phases I see so far:

Setup:
1. Understand the scope of our project based on the Epics and Stories of the backlog.
2. Understand the visual identity of the app we want to develop, i.e. the guidelines written by the designers.
3. Setup of a React Native coding project from scratch, which should run for iOS and Android.
4. README file about the project, with instructions for running locally in macOS, Linux and Windows.
5. Implementation of some Stories for this app for the banking segment, to serve as reference for the next Stories. Designers use Figma.
6. Help me hire a junior or mid-level developer.

Regular work:
- Peer-review the code written by the colleage and give support to her/him; timeboxed 30 minutes a day.
- Join the daily meeting; timeboxed 15 minutes a day.

Any result from the job will be of my sole proprietorship and cannot be copied, shared, sold or transfered without my previous consent.
