Mobile Smart Device Dashboard UI

I need a sleek, mobile-first interface that hooks into my smart-home ecosystem and streams each device’s status the moment it changes. The back-end APIs are already in place (REST with optional MQTT for push), so your task is purely the front end: design, build, and wire up a responsive dashboard that can poll or subscribe for updates and paint them on screen without perceptible lag.
Core requirements
• Mobile optimisation is mandatory; the UI must feel native on both iOS and Android, whether you choose React Native, Flutter, or another cross-platform approach.
• Real-time monitoring is the single focus—lights, thermostats, locks, and sensors should update instantly, with clear visual cues of values
• Clean, modern visuals that suit a consumer smart-home app, including dark-mode support.
Deliverables
1. Source code with clear component structure and comments.
2. Build instructions plus one signed release APK/IPA for test install.
3. A brief README explaining how the app discovers devices and handles live updates.
4. Short demo video (screen capture) proving real-time refresh against our staging server.
Acceptance criteria
• Device state changes reflected in under one second.
• No crashes or major UI glitches during a 30-minute continuous run.
• All text and colours pass basic accessibility checks (WCAG AA).
