Mobile App Development Expert Needed

I need a skilled developer to transform my idea into a fully-functioning mobile application. My focus is squarely on software, not a website, so the entire effort will revolve around designing and coding a polished app that runs smoothly on phones and tablets.

At this stage I’m looking for someone who can guide the overall architecture, recommend the right tech stack (whether React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin, or another solution you trust), and then handle the complete build—from wireframes through store-ready release. Clean, maintainable code, intuitive UI/UX, and clear communication on progress are all must-haves.
