Micro-Agency Needed for Mobile Career Platform Development Completion

We're building a career-based platform with a mobile-first experience. The full design is complete in Figma and 60% of development is already done. We need a small, focused agency to step into an existing codebase, complete the remaining 40%, and ship. If the collaboration goes well, this becomes a long-term engagement.

**What we're looking for**
- Comfortable working inside an existing codebase — no green-field onboarding here
- Strong Figma-to-code skills with an eye for pixel-accurate UI across mobile and web
- Experience with React Native (Expo) for mobile and Next.js for web
- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and generative AI integrations
- Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs or similar voice/audio AI tools
- Solid AWS and cloud infrastructure experience — deployment, scaling, and management
- Clear, proactive communicators — we value responsiveness and transparency
- Small team (2–5 people) who can move fast without unnecessary overhead
